Dale is a graduate of the Stringham School of Real Estate and is licensed, in the State of Utah, to act as a representative for clients in real estate transactions. He comes to the real estate industry with a wide variety of experience and knowledge. Dale first attended American River College where his area of focus was real estate, banking, finance, and marketing. He spent 17 years as a senior manager in consumer finance management, where he managed offices from Sacramento to Hollywood California.
Most recently Dale has moved to Syracuse Utah from Sacramento California where he spent 21 years as broker and president of CPI Insurance Services. During this time he worked closely with his clients assisting them in personal lines insurance. He also worked along side with realtors, mortgage bankers and title companies to obtain insurance coverage for his clients.
Dale has been married for 38 years and has six children and 13 grandchildren. He is actively involved in his church and community. Dale has a passion for baseball and has sponsored and managed several little league teams. However, Dale’s greatest satisfaction comes from helping meet the needs of others, whether it is helping someone solve a problem or achieve a goal.
